Round Table is making the Taleggio-style cheese that the Robinsons previously sold under the name Arpeggio. They are rebranding their whole line of cheese to complement their love of growing flowers and naming all of the new cheeses after flowers. This taleggio-style cheese will be called Sweet Pea.
 
Sweet Pea is a raw cows’ milk, semi soft cheese that is bright and springy with a bloomy rind. Great melting cheese; pairs well with fig jam and cider.
