16 oz bottles. Kombucha is a fermented tea, made by adding sugar to a black or green tea in the presence of a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). While Kombucha is fermenting, the sugar and caffeine in the initial tea mixture is consumed by the SCOBY. After bottling, many of the microbes that make up the SCOBY are still present in the drink, making the drink similar to a probiotic. At Bucha Bros, our tea is always made using organic ingredients, we only rely on natural carbonation and we never pasteurize our Kombucha. This results in a Kombucha that is similar in flavor and texture to wine, compared to the fizzy drink that you typically find on grocery store shelves.

Cinnamon Apple Meadows-Cinnamon Apple Orchards is brewed from an organic black tea base. After initial fermentation, we flavor the Kombucha using organic apple juice, cinnamon and ginger. The Kombucha is then filtered twice and bottled for sale.

Lavender-Lavender Meadows is brewed from an organic black tea base. After initial fermentation, our Kombucha is flavored using organic lavender flowers and a hint of ginger and is allowed to continue fermentation for a few more days. After fermentation, the Kombucha is double filtered and bottled for sale.

Pumpkin Patch-Pumpkin Patch is brewed from an organic black tea base. After initial fermentation, the product is flavored using organic pumpkin puree, clove, ginger and cinnamon. The Kombucha is then double filtered and bottled for sale.
