"Our Sirloin Strip Steak, also known as the New York Strip, is cut from the short loin of the cow. This muscle group does little work, which equals a tender cut every time. The strip steaks are a leaner cut than our ribeye and have a little less marbling but a fantastic flavor. The versatility of this cut makes it great for marinating or cooking on the grill or for getting a lovely brown crust with a nice pan sear. Keep it simple for mid-week meals with a salad or roasted vegetables, or dress it up with fancy sides to impress family and friends!
Our pasture-raised Sirloin Strip Steaks come in average packages of 12.8 oz. premium beef that are vacuum-sealed for freshness. These cows have the best life possible when on our farm. From the moment they are born or brought to our farm, our animals are treated with the utmost respect. When the weather permits, rotational grazing allows for the best health of the animals while also enabling proper stewardship of the pastures. Our animals are never fed animal by-products and are never given growth hormones or steroids."
