Home made mayonnaise with the same taste and consistency as the big name on store shelfs! Plain in pints & quarts only.
Eggs, canola oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt.
Flavored Mayonaise:
Tex Mex Mayo: Chili powder, smoked paprika, pepper, cumin, oregano. Excellent with soft tacos, burritos, fajitas and burgers.
Cranberry Mayo: Homemade cranberry sauce made with whole cranberries, sugar, water, orange juice.  Great accompaniment with turkey or chicken sandwiches-  Cape Cod turkey club for the win!!!
Sriracha Lime Mayo: sriracha sauce, fresh lime juice  (  sushi mayo!! )
Jalapeno Mayo :  Mild or FIRE hot!!   Jalapenos and green onions.  FIRE hot can be made with serrano peppers for the extra heat.
Sundried Tomato Basil Mayo :  farm fresh basil and home made sun dried tomatoes. Amazing on a BLT!!
Garlic Herb Aioli:  Garlic, fresh basil, oregano, chives and pepper.  Kicks any sandwich up a notch or makes and incredible crusty bread dip!!!
